Vincent Simpson

Vincent Simpson has been a trusted member of HOPe Charity since 2021 and currently serves as the Director of the Appropriations Committee. His great admiration for President, Attracta Lyndon and Entertainment, Fundraising Chair, Patrick Buckley as well as HOPe's strong Mission Statement is what attracted him to join the organization.

His dedication and willingness to help is second to none and he is always the first to volunteer to support a project.  Vincent is a retired Operating Engineer, Local 94, where he worked for 27 years.

A talented writer, Vincent wrote a sports column for a Queens weekly newspaper several years ago. Through the years he has also written free-lance stories for the Irish Voice and The Tablet, a Catholic weekly. After retirement, he has once again picked up the pen and is currently working on his first book.
